Admission to sufficient facts accepted and sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until Oct. 6, 2020, with 210 days of loss of license, or until the Registry of Motor Vehicles reinstates the license, OUI victims assessment of $50, head injury assessment of $250 and victim witness assessment of $50. Must attend and complete the Driver Alcohol Education Program. The OUI fee was waived. Charges of a person under 21 possessing liquor and a person under 21 possessing marijuana were both dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. Found not responsible on a charge of miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violations. The counsel fee of $150 must be paid. The probation supervision fee of $65 must be paid monthly, as required.

Wendy J. Morris, 30, of Main Street, Proctorsville, Vt. Charge of possession with intent to distribute a Class A drug, in Greenfield by State Police from the Shelburne barracks. Fined $500. Charges of possession with intent to distribute a Class B drug and conspiracy to violate the drug law were dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. The counsel fee of $150 must be paid.
