Raul Cruz, 37, of Western Avenue, Greenfield. Charged with OUI while license is suspended, two counts of carrying a dangerous weapon and OUI-drugs, third offense. Counts 1 and 3 were dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. Plead guilty to Count 2 and 4, and was placed on probation until Sept. 28, 2021. Special conditions to stay away from drugs and alcohol along with complete drug/alcohol screenings, complete a mental health evaluation and treatment, not carry any knives outside of his home, one year at the house of correction, six months loss of license and to obey the jail rules along with engaging in the programming.
