I want to thank the Rev. Grant for pointing out to me a new way of reading an old story in his letter that was published on Sept. 17. If Abel had done the “right” thing and gotten himself a nuclear bomb, Cain would’ve thought twice before striking him down. I’m a 63-year-old dog, and can still learn a new thing or two, for which I am so grateful.
