Stacie A. Cobb, 31, of Main Street, Northfield. Charge of possessing a Class A drug, in Bernardston by State Police from the Shelburne barracks. Admission to sufficient fact accepted and sufficient facts sound, but continued without a finding until Sept. 9, 2020. Victim witness assessment of $50, must not use drugs, with treatment as directed and screenings, and must comply with DCF plan. Found not responsible on a charge of failure to wear a seat belt. Charge of conspiracy to violate drug law was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. The counsel fee and probation supervision fee were both waived.
