Charged with uninsured motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, unregistered motor vehicle and driving at a rate of speed greater than what was reasonable and proper. The probation supervision fee is $50 per month, as needed.

Charged with carrying a dangerous weapon, second offense OUI-drugs, possession of a Class A drug, state highway traffic violation and special regulation speeding violation. Arraigned and held. Hayley E. Todd, 23, of Nequasset Pines Road, Woolwich, Maine. Charged with OUI-liquor, resisting arrest, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, a marked lanes violation and possession of an open container of alcohol in the motor vehicle. During the pretrial, Count 1 had sufficient facts found, but was continued without a finding until Sept. 1, 2020, with special conditions to complete a drug and alcohol education program, 45-day loss of license and no driving until the Registry of Motor Vehicles restores her license. Count 2 and Count 7 had sufficient facts found, but were continued until March 3, 2020. Count 3 had sufficient facts found, but was continued without a finding until Sept. 1, 2020, along with a $250 head injury assessment. Found not responsible on Count 4 and Count 6.

Jody L. Faulkner, 56, Partridgeville Road, Athol. Charged with assault and battery on a family/household member and assault on a family/household member. During the status review, both counts were found to be nolle prosequi.

Winthrop B. Spofford, 31, of Prospect Street, Athol. Charged with assault, strangulation or suffocation, resisting arrest, and two counts of assault and battery on a police officer. Arraigned and released on $500 bail, with special conditions to stay away from the victim, no drug or alcohol use, and to complete drug and alcohol screenings. Pretrial hearing set for Sept. 17.

Charles J. Verheyen II, 56, of Summer Street, Orange. Charged with leaving the scene of property damage. The event was resolved and the defendant was placed on probation until Dec. 3.

Edwin W. Swain, 28, of Crescent Street, Athol. Charged with operating a motor vehicle unlicensed and driving at a rate of speed exceeding the posted limit. Count 1 was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth, with a $50 cost. Found not responsible for Count 2.

Tyler Gaetz, 24, of Halford Street, Gardner. Charged with OUI-liquor and possession of an open container of alcohol in the motor vehicle. Arraigned and held. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing set for Oct. 21.

John A. Maki, 55, of Joan Street, Springfield. Charge of operating a motor vehicle, with license revoked, by Deerfield Police. Admission to sufficient facts accepted and sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until Sept. 3, 2020, with victim witness assessment of $50 and no operation of a motor vehicle until his license is reinstated. Found not responsible on a charge of the driving at a rate of speed of exceeding the posted limit. The probation supervision fee is $50 a month, if needed.
