WHATELY — A man was taken to the hospital and issued a summons after a rollover Wednesday evening.
According to the Massachusetts State Police, troopers responded to a rollover on Interstate 91 northbound in Whately at around 5:10 p.m.
The driver of the 2007 Honda Accord was taken to Baystate Franklin Medical Center in Greenfield following the one-car accident. The extent of his injuries are unknown.
The man was issued a summons to court on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, a marked lanes violation and speeding.
