The family of Margaret “Peggy” Stowe wishes to thank the Heath EMS and Colrain Ambulance teams, the staff at Baystate Franklin Emergency Room and Spoke 5, the Buckley Healthcare Center staff, Tim Kelleher of Smith-Kelleher Funeral Home, and James Williams of the Rowe Cemetery Committee for their skilled, compassionate care and consideration. We would also like to thank all our friends and neighbors for their comforting condolences. Lastly, we would like to extend our thanks to Mom’s local neighbors who kept watch, came to the rescue when needed, plowed the driveway, mowed the lawn, brought in the mail and paper, and took time to chat every day. You all helped us keep our promise to Mom that she be able to stay in her home for as long as possible and are the reason it is comforting to be part of this community.
