Donald Pizzo, 64, of East Main Street, Orange. Charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, assault on a family/household member and destruction of property of less than $1,200. Released on personal recognizance with the special conditions of no further abuse of the victim. Pretrial hearing is set for Sept. 6.
Kevin R. McGann, 23, of 3rd Street, Templeton. Charged with assault and battery on a family/household member. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is set for Sept. 13.
George I. Aiken, 79, of East River Street, Orange. Charged with operating a motor vehicle while unlicensed/suspended permit. Dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.
Scott D. Rocci, 57, of Metropolitan Court, Athol. Charged with vandalizing property, assault with a dangerous weapon and disturbing the peace. Released on personal recognizance with special conditions to stay at least 5 yards away from 28 Metropolitan Court. Pretrial hearing is set for Sept. 6.
Vladimir I. Delvalle, 28, of Gibson Drive, Athol. Charged with violating an abuse prevention order and assault and battery on a household/family member. The defendant was ordered to abide by special conditions of no alcohol and screenings along with being held until a GPS tracker is available. Pretrial hearing is set for Aug. 9.
Steven France, 36, of Conway Street, Greenfield. Charged with possessing a Class B drug, subsequent offense, license not in possession, violating special regulation while speeding and possession of an open container of alcohol in the motor vehicle. Pretrial hearing is set for Sept. 9.
William E. Nutter Jr., 40, of Riverbend Street, Athol. Charged with assault and battery on a household/family member. Pretrial hearing is set for Sept. 9.
Domenico V. Becchetti, 24, of West River Street, Orange. Charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Warrant was issued.
Emil Baccash, 23, Parker Street, Boston. Charged with failure to stop for police, not in possession of registration, operating a motor vehicle in violation of license restriction and violating special regulation while speeding. Released on personal recognizance. Counts 1 and 3 were dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. The defendant was found not responsible for Count 2. On Count 4, the defendant was fined $100.
Krystle J. Bass, 36, of Tully Road, Orange. Charged with possession of heroin. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is set for Sept. 6.
Donald R. Johnson, 55, of Union Street, Athol. Charged with failure to register as a sex offender. Released on personal recognizance. Sufficient facts were found, but continued without a finding until Aug. 7, 2020.
Justin Legare, 21, of East Street, Petersham. Charged with person under the age of 21 in possession of liquor and receiving stolen property. Released on personal recognizance. The defendant was placed on probation with the special conditions to complete four hours of community service.
James A. Snow, 52, of Summit Street, Orange. Charged with disturbing the peace, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, resisting arrest, assault and battery on a police officer and assault with a dangerous weapon. Count 1 was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth and the defendant plead guilty to Counts 2, 3, 4 and 5. The defendant was placed on probation until July 14, 2020 with special conditions to stay away from Crescent Street in Athol, to complete drug court and to write a letter of apology to the victim.
