BERNARDSTON — An injured driver was airlifted to Springfield’s Baystate Medical Center Wednesday morning after his car rolled over on Interstate 91 southbound.
At the time, Massachusetts State Police did not know how serious the driver’s injuries were, but said he was not ejected from the car.
The helicopter landed in the parking lot of the Kringle Candle factory, off of Route 10 in Bernardston. Responding to the scene along with state police were Northfield EMS, and Bernardston’s police and fire departments.
