Sherri A. Patterson, 49, of Hoosac Road, Conway. Charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until Dec. 17. Must complete a driver’s safety course and pay a victim witness assessment fee of $50. The probation supervision fee of $50 must be monthly.
Ashley F. Noel, 24, of Selden Street, Dorchester. Found not responsible on a charge of motor vehicle lights violation. Charges of number plate violation to conceal identification and operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended were both dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.
Brandon X. Fox, 31, of Mountain Road, Charlemont. Six charges of improper storage of a rifle or shotgun near a minor, plus assault and battery on a family or household member, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Released on personal recognizance with special conditions. Must stay 100 yards away from 45 Main St. in Shelburne and must not possess firearms while the case is pending.
