“Mary Poppins Returns” — Movie in the Park: Friday at 9 p.m. at the Green River Swimming Area. Movies begin at dusk (around 9 p.m.) Arrive early for a special Mary Poppins Story Hour with Linda Peck at 7. Pack a picnic and bring a blanket. Daily gate rates apply.

The Whiskey Treaty Roadshow: Sunday, 6 p.m. at Energy Park. Boot-stomping, folk rock sing-alongs that transcend a genre. The Whiskey Treaty Roadshow brings together five Massachusetts singer-songwriters who have performed more than 100 shows since 2016. $20 suggested donation.

Learn to Play Pickleball: This one-day clinic will provide an introduction to the rules and game-play. Equipment will be available for use. Ages 6 and up. June 27, 6 to 7 p.m. at the Green River Park pickleball court. Free. Advance registration is required.

Independence Day Community Celebration and Fireworks: Great lineup of music on Friday, July 5. Rain date: July 6. Fireworks at 9:30 p.m. at Beacon Field. Donations needed.

 Muggle Quidditch: Based on the Harry Potter game, players on foot throw Quaffles, dodge Bludgers and chase down the Golden Snitch. Organized by the Greenfield Public Library. For ages 6 to 12. Mondays July 8 through Aug. 12, 6:30 to 7:30p.m. at Hillside Park. Free. Register by July 1.
