Timothy Mason, 19, of Iris Court, Greenfield. Charge of leaving the scene of property damage, by Greenfield Police. Defendant placed on pretrial probation until May 8, 2020, with $535 for restitution. Victim witness assessment waived. The defendant must also complete the safe driver’s course, and make a $50 per month restitution payment. Charge of unlicensed operation was dismissed at the request of the commonwealth. Was found not responsible on a charge of miscellaneous municipal motor vehicle ordinance or bylaw violations. The probation supervision fee was waived.

Charges of possession with intent to distribute a Class B drug, possession of a Class A drug, possession of a Class B drug and conspiracy to violate the drug law in Greenfield by State Police from Shelburne. James A. Poudrier, 34, of Dickinson Hill Road, Whately. Charge of assault and battery with admission to sufficient facts accepted, with sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until Nov. 15. Victim witness assessment of $50. Must abide by his restraining order. Charge of assault and battery on a person of 60 or disabled was dismissed upon request of the commonwealth. The counsel fee of $150 was reduced from $250, and the counsel contribution was reduced from $350 to $300. The probation supervision fee is a one-time $150.

James M. MacConnell, 55, of Candlewood Drive, Holland. Charge of violating an abuse prevention order was nolle prossed by Assistant District Attorney Jillion P. Handy, who explained that, in the interest of justice, the commonwealth cannot sustain its burden of proof. The counsel fee of $150 was still in place.

Robert Rodriguez, 53, of Butler Road, Quincy. Charge of possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, by Greenfield Police. Was found not guilty in a jury trial on a charge of OUI-liquor over .08 percent. Found not responsible on charges of failure to signal and failure to yield at a intersection.

Brian D. Gay, 37, of Carroll Street, Keene, N.H. Charges of receiving a stolen motor vehicle, driving at a rate of speed exceeding a posted limit and operating a motor vehicle with license revoked as an habitual traffic offender. Bail set with $3,000 cash or $30,000 surety, but with the potential of bail revocation, with the right to review. Pretrial conference set for June 11. The $150 counsel fee will be paid, or exchanged for 12 hours of community service.
