Charge of possession of a Class A drug, in Greenfield, with sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until March 27, 2020, with no drugs, with screens, and substance abuse evaluation, and must have mental heath evaluation, and follow up treatment. Charge of possession of Class B drug, with admission sufficient facts accepted, with sufficient facts found but continued without a finding until March 27, 2020, with same conditions as in count one. Must pay $150 counsel fee. The probation supervision fee was waived.
Justin A. Bieniek, 39, of Central Street, Turners Falls. Charge of assault and battery on a family or household member, in Greenfield, with guilty plea, and guilty found, with defendant placed on probation until Sept. 25, 2020, with victim witness assessment $50, with substance evaluation, and treatment as directed, with no alcohol, with screens, and Scram complex, and must attend and complete the certified batterer’s intervention program. A charge of assault and battery was not processed, but done by a North West District Attorney’s office member. Must pay $150 counsel fee. The $65 monthly probation supervision fee will be processed.

Charge of OUI-liquor or .08 percent, in Greenfield by Montague Police, with admission to sufficient facts accepted, with sufficient facts found but continued without a finding until April 1, 2020, OUI victims assessment of $50, head injury assessment of $250, and victim witness assessment of $50, with 45-days loss of license, with Driver Alcohol Education Program, must have no drugs or alcohol, and must complete the Monarch House program. Charge of OUI-drugs was dismissed by request of the commonwealth. Counsel fee was waived.

Charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, with admission to sufficient facts accepted, with sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until April 1, 2020,, with same conditions as in another case. Charge of miscellaneous municipal motor vehicle ordinance or by law violation was dismissed upon request of commonwealth. Probation supervision fee was waived.

Morgan W. Belanger, 24, of Fifth Street, East Longmeadow. Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, in Greenfield, cost of $25, to be dismissed upon request of commonwealth. Charge of motor vehicle lights violation was found not responsible.
Jacqueline Macconnell, 22, of Federal Street, Greenfield. Charge of admission to sufficient facts accepted, while sufficient facts found but continued without a finding until March 31, 2020, with victim witness assessment of $50, but no alcohol, with screens, and anger management. Charges of wanton destruction of property under $1,200, resisting arrest, and assault and battery, with admission to sufficient facts accepted, and sufficient facts found but continued without a finding until July 1, for the first two findings concurrent with count one, and the assault and battery was with a finding for March 31, 2020, and concurrent with count one. Charges of trespassing, disorderly conduct, and threat to commit a crime, were all dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. The counsel fee was changed to 16-hours of community service, and the probation supervision fee was changed to four-hours monthly community service.
