Charges of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, subsequence offense, and motor vehicle lights violation, in Bernardston by State Police from Shelburne, with personal recognizance with terms of release set at May 6. Must pay $150 counsel fee.

Brandt Miller, 29, of a postal box, in Shelburne Falls. Charge of marked lanes violation, in Shelburne by State Police from Shelburne, was found not responsible. Charge of leaving the scene of property damage, with admission to sufficient facts accepted, and sufficient facts were found, but continued without a finding until Sept. 25, with $50 victim witness assessment, and must attend and complete the Safe Driver’s Course. Must pay $50 monthly probation supervision fee

Melissa A. Alves, 51, of Forest Street, Wilbraham. Charge of OUI-liquor or .08 %, in Whately by State Police from Shelburne, with admission to sufficient facts accepted, with sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until March 24, 2020, with 45 days loss of license, with OUI $250 fee, OUI victim assessment of $50, head injury assessment of $250, and victim witness assessment of $50, and must take Driver Alcohol Education Program. Charges of marked lanes violation, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle, were both dismissed upon request of the commonwealth. Must pay the monthly $65 probation supervision fee.

Alexander Petroulas, 23, of Avenue A, Turners Falls. Charge of larceny under $1,200, in Montague, with admission to sufficient facts accepted, but sufficient facts found but continued without a finding until March 24, 2020, with same condition as in another case, and must stay 50 yards away from Discovery center. Charge of vandalizing property, with an admission to sufficient facts accepted, but sufficient facts were found without a finding until March 24, 2020, with same conditions as in count one. Counsel fee and the probation supervision fee were both waived.

Allen J. Kumph, Jr., 64, of Mountain Road, Charlemont. Charge of possession of a Class B drug, subsequence offense, fined $500 assessment. Charges of trespassing, possessing three Class E drugs, and miscellaneous municipal ordinance or by law violation were all dismissed upon request of the commonwealth. Must pay $150 counsel fee.

Michael C. Prondecki, 68, of West High Street, Erving. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with registration suspended, in Deerfield by State Police by Shelburne, with $50 court cost to be dismissed if court cost is paid this day, and it was paid. Charge of uninsured motor vehicle was dismissed upon request of the commonwealth.

Katie M. Prondecki, 37, of Franklin Street, Greenfield. Charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and to be dismissed if court cost of $50 is paid today, and it was paid this day. Charge of a miscellaneous equipment violation was found not responsible.

Ayla K. Pierzchala, 30, of Hope Street, Greenfield. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, in Greenfield, with terms of release for pretrial conference set for April 22. Counsel fee was waived.

Heather H. Rogers, “aka” Heather Murphy, 53, of Pleasant Street, Greenfield. Charge of OUI-liquor or .08 percent, second offence, with admission to sufficient facts accepted, with the defendant placed on probation until March 26, 2020, with OUI fee of $250, OUI victims assessment of $50, head injury assessment of $250, and victim witness assessment of $50, with 45 days loss of license, or until the Registry of Motor Vehicles reinstates the license, and must take Driver Alcohol Education Program. Charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, dismissed upon request of commonwealth. Restitution is to be determined. Must pay $65 monthly for probation supervision fee.

Christian T. Avard, 47, of Roxbury Road, Roxbury, Vt. Charge of assault and battery, in Shelburne, with defendant placed on pretrial probation until March 27, and must stay away, with no contact, of a named person, must continue current counseling. Charge of disorderly conduct and the defendant was placed on pretrial probation until March 27.
