LEYDEN — No contests emerged at Leyden’s caucus this week, with all but one of the eight incumbents being unanimously nominated. The election is May 18, the same day as Town Meeting.

The only position that drew anything like a debate at the Monday meeting was a three-year Board of Health seat. Liz Kidder was nominated, after someone mentioned that the incumbent Kathie Benson did not want to continue.

For the other seven positions, the incumbents were nominated without extensive discussion.
