Chris Devine and Michael Nix will bring together decades of touring, recording and composing experience when they perform together on Friday.
The concert will start at 7 p.m. at the Great Falls Coffeehouse, which takes place in the Great Falls Discovery Center, 2 Avenue A in Turners Falls.
Devine and Nix, who are founding members of the world chamber music trio, The Pioneer Consort, perform energetic music on the violin, guitar, mandolin and Banjar (a seven-string classical banjo).
Coffee and homemade baked goods will be available. A sliding scale donation of $6 to $12 is suggested; children are admitted for free. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
