GREENFIELD — An ambulance sideswiped a Chevrolet Cruz just north of Silver and Federal streets Monday afternoon.
There were no injuries, but the passenger car did need to be towed away after having one of its tires ripped off from the accident, Greenfield Police Lt. William Gordon said.
The EMT who was driving the ambulance, owned by National Ambulance, was issued a citation for improperly passing. The accident happened around 4:50 p.m.
