GREENFIELD — The Riverside Drive woman charged with attempted murder was released with a set of conditions following a dangerousness hearing at Greenfield District Court last week.
Miriam “Millie” Malave, 25, has pleaded not guilty to all three charges, attempted murder, assault and battery with a knife and assault and battery on a household or family member.
She was arrested July 15 following an incident at the victim’s home, where she allegedly stabbed her ex-girlfriend.
Malave was released on the terms that she not come into contact with the victim; live at her mother’s home, which is also in Greenfield; and to not consume any alcohol or drugs.
Malave is due back in court Aug. 28.
