Teresa M. Blakie, 39, of Winchester Road, Warwick. Pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, subsequent offense. Fined $500, sentenced to 32 hours of community service as alternate for the fine at $15 per hour. Must pay counsel fee of $150, or perform 12 hours of community service, in lieu of regular 16 hours.
Larry J. Bunker, 59, of Parks Street, Athol. Admitted to sufficient facts for possessing a Class A drug, to wit, heroin. Sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until 6/11/19 with victim-witness assessment of $50. Must have no drugs or alcohol, and subject to screens/tests, and must take and complete a substance abuse evaluation, and take any after-care treatment recommended. Charge of being present where heroin is kept was dismissed on request of the commonwealth. Charge of conspiracy to violate drug laws, was not prosecuted as, according to a statement made by a counsel from the district attorney’s office, the commonwealth prosecuted the other two charges in district court. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150. Must pay $50 per month probation supervision fee, or perform four hours per month community service.

James V. Wickline, 55, listed as homeless, of Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to trespassing, breaking and entering in the daytime to commit a felony by putting a person in fear, strangulation or suffocation, assault and battery, intimidating a witness, juror, police, or court official, and assault and battery on a person 60 or over or disabled. Released on personal recognizance. Must stay away from and have no contact with an alleged victim, and must have GPS unit applied. Continued to 7/19/18 for pretrial conference.
Mack Daniels, 25, of Riverside Drive Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to two charges of assault with a dangerous weapon, to wit, a handgun in both, carrying a firearm without a license and disorderly conduct. Defendant was ordered held for dangerousness hearing on 6/20/18.
