Chopping down trees in our fair city means there will be less oxygen to breathe, less shade for our sidewalks and homes, and fewer habitats for tree-living creatures.

I thought Mayor Martin wanted Greenfield to be greener, so why is he turning a blind eye on the plan by Berkshire Gas to save themselves money by chopping down our trees and planting their natural gas lines on our tree belts, which are public land?
