Lucas Johnson, 21 of School Street, Greenfield. Pleaded guilty to improper use of a credit card under $250. Fined $50, plus victim-witness assessment of $50. Two more charges of improper use of a credit card under $250 were dismissed on request of the commonwealth. Pleaded guilty to larceny under $250, fined $50. Two more charges of larceny under $250, both dismissed on request of the commonwealth.

Sarah A. Hettinger, 60, of Sears Street, Buckland. Pleaded innocent to assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, to wit, a broken in half broom, and wanton destruction of property under $250. Released on personal recognizance. Must stay 100 yards away from the alleged victim and a Sear’s Street location in Buckland, and must have no contact, though indirect is permitted, and any property to be removed must have assistance from Buckland Police Department or a third party. Must remain alcohol free and subject to screens. Must continue with CSO counseling and must take all continued to 5/15/18 for pretrial conference. Must pay counsel fee of $150, or perform 16 hours of community service. medications as prescribed.

Wendy A. Tetreault, 49, of Spruce Corner Road, Ashfield. Placed on pretrial probation until 4/8/19, for distributing a Class B drug, suboxone, paracetamol with codeine, and must take and complete a substance abuse evaluation, and take any after-care treatment recommended, and must have no drugs, and subject to screens. Placed on pretrial probation until 4/8/19 for possessing a Class E drug, to wit, paracetamol with codeine, and same conditions as in count one. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Amy M. Baxter, 27, of K Street, Turners Falls. Admitted to sufficient facts for operating under the influence of liquor or 0.08 percent in Greenfield by state police. Sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until 4/8/19, with 45 days mandatory loss of license, plus head-injury assessment of $250, and victim-witness assessment of $50. Must take and complete the driver alcohol education program, and pay the fee of $726.80. Found not responsible for motor vehicle lights violation. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.
