GREENFIELD — Local teens will talk about their hopes and concerns in their lives, in their schools and in our society at an event on April 7.

The event, part of Racial Justice Rising’s free monthly program, is scheduled to start at 10:15 a.m., April 7, at First Congregational Church, 43 Silver St.

Topics, according to the organization, may include school shootings, the education system, difficulties faced by marginalized groups and environmental issues.

The program is free and donations are welcome.
