Samantha M. Kenney, 21, of Barre, Vt. Charge of possessing a Class A drug, to wit, heroin, possessing a Class B drug, to wit, crack cocaine, and conspiracy to violate drug laws in Greenfield by state police. Bail set at $15,000 cash or $150,000 surety, but the case was then brought forward to July 10, when Northwestern District Attorney David A. Sullivan filed a Nolle Prosequi, and that the defendant has been indicted and arraigned in the Superior Court.
