GREENFIELD — A Bernardston man was arrested on charges of open and gross lewdness after police say a couple saw him naked near Poet’s Seat Tower on Sunday.
Jeffrey Snow, 57, was arrested and is being charged with two counts of open and gross lewdness, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol (second offense) and having an open container in the vehicle. Bail was set at $1,000, police said.
According to a Facebook post by Greenfield Police, the department received a call around 4 p.m. from an individual who said a man was following him and his husband.
The post said the caller reported that earlier in the day, he had seen the same man “looking at them and licking his lips in a sexual way.” The caller told police he later saw the man nude and sunbathing, and then again saw him masturbating on a bench.
