Richard A. Luippold, 36, of James Avenue, Turners Falls. Found guilty following a jury trial for operating under the influence of liquor or 0.08 percent, in Deerfield, placed on probation until 3/22/18, with 45 days mandatory loss of license, plus OUI fee of $250, OUI victims assessment of $50, head-injury assessment of $250, and victim-witness assessment of $50. Must take and complete a substance abuse evaluation, and take any after-care treatment recommended. Must take and complete the driver alcohol education program, and pay the fee of $707.76. Found responsible for no inspection sticker, and it was filed with defendant’s consent. Must pay probation supervision fee of $65 per month.

Tyler J. Pecor, 23, of Keegan Lane, Greenfield. Pleaded guilty to violation of an abuse prevention order, sentenced to 40 days in the house of correction, with credit for 40 days held.

Charles J. Cummings, 41, of Farren Avenue, Greenfield. Pleaded guilty to larceny from a person, amended down from unarmed robbery, sentenced to 128 days in the house of correction, given credit for 128 days held, and must pay $150 restitution to the victim.

Nathan J. Rondeau, 38, of unknown address in Greenfield. Pleaded guilty to breaking and entering with intent to commit a misdemeanor, placed on probation until 12/22/17 with victim-witness assessment of $50, must stay away from and have no contact with a named victim, must stay away from Oak Courts, and from a Wells Street address and from the Hanger Grill in Greenfield. Pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, fined $50. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150. Must pay $50 per month probation supervision fee.

Larissa L. Brogna, 36, of Riverbend Street, Athol. Pleaded innocent to assault and battery on family/household member, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, to wit, a chair, released on personal recognizance, continued to 5/8/17 for pretrial conference. Larissa L. Brogna, 36, of Riverbend Street, Athol.
