Angel Ortiz-Cosme, admitted to sufficient facts for violation of an abuse prevention order, sentenced to one-year in the house of correction, direct, and concurrent with sentence in another case. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150 and $50 counsel contribution.
Joseph J. Williams, 25, of Hatchery Road, Montague. Found responsible for miscellaneous municipal motor vehicle ordinance or bylaw, to wit, failure to use care in turning, in Greenfield. Placed on pretrial probation until 9/15/17 for leaving the scene of property damage, and must take and complete the safe driver education program.
Troy L. Thomas, 30, of High Street, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to carrying a firearm without a license, possessing a large capacity firearm, two charges of possessing a firearm without a firearms identification card, one charge of improper storage of a firearm, one of improper storage of a large capacity firearm, one of violation with a firearm with one prior violent/drug crime, one of receiving stolen property, and one of possessing a Class E drug, to wit, unknown substance, bail set at $25,000 cash or $250,000 surety, continued to 4/10/17 for pretrial conference. Rodney Terounzo, 21, of Fourth Street, Turners Falls. Charge of operating a motor vehicle in violation of class of license, in Montague by state police, to be dismissed on payment of $50 court costs.
Brian E. Kiesch, 38, of Avenue C, Turners Falls. Charge of uninsured motor vehicle, in Greenfield by state police, to be dismissed on payment of $50 court costs. Found not responsible for having a motor vehicle that isn’t meeting Registry of Motor Vehicles safety standards. Charge of operating with suspended registration, dismissed on request of the commonwealth.
Brian T. Kelley, 39, of Easthampton. Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, in Greenfield, was not prosecuted, as, according to a statement made by a counsel from the district attorney’s office, after a review of the defendant’s driving record, it appears there was confusion about the license being reinstated, and the operator wasn’t on proper notice about the status of his license. (This was dismissed prior to arraignment.)

Dale R. West, 51, of Arthur Street, Athol. Charge of being a fugitive from justice on a court warrant from Texas, was not prosecuted, as, according to a statement made by a counsel from the district attorney’s office, the defendant has been taken into custody by agents of the state of Texas.
Brandy Black, 34, of Forbes Court, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to being a juror failing to attend, in Orange, released on personal recognizance, continued to 4/4/17 for pretrial conference.
Meagan A. Vazquez, 37, of Lake Pleasant Road, Lake Pleasant section of Montague. Charge of using a motor vehicle without authority, was not prosecuted, as, according to a statement made by a counsel from the district attorney’s office, the entire complaint was in the interest of justice.

Pleaded guilty to assault and battery, in Greenfield, placed on probation until 12/19/17, with victim-witness assessment of $50, and must stay 100 yards away from and have no contact with a named person, or at specified locations on Wells Street, and the Hangar Grill, in town.
