African Dance Vermont is offering a West African drum class for all skill levels.
The class will be offered on Wednesday, March 8, from 6 to 7 p.m.
Instructor Raoul Ombang, who was born in Cameroon in central Africa, started to dance when he was 11 with a dance group from his village, Bafia.
He went on to create a dance school where he taught traditional and modern dances.
Since 2011, Ombang has been a part of the Singo Dance Troupe as a choreographer and a percussionist.
Class will be $10 and will take place at 118 Elliot St., Brattleboro, V.T. Drums will be available for use.
