Lego Club: Will be Saturday, January 28, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Carnegie Library. Children of all ages and their caregivers are invited to come play with the library LEGOs.
Craft Time: Is held at the Carnegie Library on Tuesdays from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. Drop in crafts for children of all ages with Angela.
Story Time: Wednesday mornings weekly at 10:15 a.m. at the Carnegie Library in Turners Falls. Thematic stories, projects and snacks for young children and their caregivers, with Karen Wartel.
Music and Movement: This fun series for young children with Tom Carroll and Laurie Davidson is held on Thursdays at 10 a.m. at the Carnegie Library in Turners Falls from January through April.
Adult Coloring: The next session is Feb. 2. It is held the first Thursday of each month at the Carnegie Library from 10 to 11 a.m. Materials are available, or bring your own.
Genealogy Club: Takes place the first Thursday of each month from 6 to 7:45 p.m. An informal discussion of local genealogy is facilitated by Sara Campbell.
Home School Science: Hands-On STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) activities for homeschoolers of all ages and their caregivers, with Angela or special guest. Held on Wednesdays from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Registration is required to ensure that we have enough supplies. Call 413-863-3214.
Valentine Party for Children will be held on Saturday, Feb. 4, at 10 a.m. Make fun valentine inspired crafts, cards, and other heart themed projects. This is a free program and the craft materials will be provided. Refreshments will be served. Designed for children of all ages and their caregivers.
Valentine Card Making for Adults will be Saturday, Feb. 4, at 2 p.m. at the Carnegie Library. Make cards for loved ones, and/or to give to area seniors. Materials are provided. Sponsored by the Friends of the Montague Public Libraries.
Book and DVD Donations: Gently used, clean, books, DVDs, and CDs are being accepted at the Carnegie Library. Monthly book sales are held on the first Saturday of each month from 10 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. at the Carnegie Library. No text books, moldy or abridged books, please.
