I am not here to vote for the Overlay as we don’t need more gas stations or fast food restaurants. We could use a nice restaurant if anything or maybe a Wal-Mart or a Target. I want changes and I don’t speak up often, but I am now.

I remember Greenfield when it was thriving — when Peggy Parker’s, Sears and Penny’s were here. We could actually go
shopping and find something that we needed. We didn’t need to go to Hadley or Northampton to get what we wanted. Why do we let
people stop everything from coming to
Greenfield?

Greenfield could be a lot better if we gather together and fight for our city. We can’t let just 30 or so people tell us what we want, we have to fight for it.
