Elroy M. Truell, 52, of Claremont, N.H. Clifton W. Jackson, 56, of Hoosac Road, South Deerfield. Pleaded innocent to leaving the scene of property damage, operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, and intimidating a witness, juror, police, or court official, in Deerfield, released on personal recognizance, continued to 1/5/17 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Greenfield, Nov. 28 Judge Maureen Walsh

Ryan R. Boisvert, 28, of Shirley. Admitted to sufficient facts for breaking and entering in daytime with intent to commit a misdemeanor, in Greenfield, amended from breaking and entering into a vehicle or boat in the daytime with intent to commit a felony, but continued without a finding until 5/26/17, with victim witness assessment of $50, must have no drugs or alcohol, and subject to screens/tests, and must stay away from a specified address in Greenfield, and remanded to a Dorchester facility, and must report to probation office within 48 hours of release from that facility.

Carlos O. Romero, 44, of Hartford, Conn. Found responsible for unregistered motor vehicle, in Deerfield by state police, fined $100. Charge of motor vehicle lights violation, fined $35. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, amended down from operating a motor vehicle with suspended license for operating under the influence of liquor, dismissed on request of the commonwealth. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.
