Hello neighbor.
Happy Thanksgiving one day early! I hope you all enjoy a delicious meal and some great conversation. I would advise that you try to avoid politics, at least for tomorrow.
Anyway, I’ve got a few events to tell you about, so I’m going to get right to it. I’m hoping to have precipitation prognosticator Farrah Pomeroy’s prediction for snowfall this winter sometime next week.
Until then, have fun and be safe.
WAS YOURS A WINTER WEDDING? Tell us the snowy details for a story in an upcoming Recorder wedding supplement. Please call Chris Harris as soon as possible at 413-772-0261, ext. 265 or email her at: charris@recorder.com
IT’S THAT TIME OF YEAR, AGAIN. Adopt-A-Family of Franklin County needs your help — the people it helps (our neighbors) need your help. The organization is looking for people to adopt families, but if you don’t feel you can this year, maybe you could make a donation to cover the cost of food and necessities. Checks may be sent to: Libby Kolasinski, 140 Russell St., Sunderland, MA 01375. All donations are spent on families and work is done by volunteers. If you’d like to volunteer, call Libby at 413-665-7031 or email her at: libbykol@comcast.net
