ORANGE — Wednesday was the first Board of Selectmen’s meeting for Ryan Mailloux, who was elected on Nov. 8. Mailloux was named vice chairman, and Richard Sheridan was named clerk. Kathy Reinig is the chairwoman.
ORANGE — The Literacy Project celebrated its new location at The Orange Innovation Center at 131 West Main St. on Thursday.
Site Director Catherine King, high school equivalency teacher Charlie Kerrigan, Executive Director Judith Roberts and Literacy Project students attended, as well as Franklin County Sheriff Christopher Donelan, Northwestern District Attorney David Sullivan and Second Franklin District State Rep. Susannah Whipps Lee.
