SEEKONK — Police say a 29-year-old man was killed after crashing a car into a utility pole while being pursued by police.
The Seekonk Police Department announced Monday that Tony Ramos of Pawtucket, Rhode Island, died after the Friday night crash on Fall River Avenue. Police say Ramos did not stop when officers tried to pull him over for a motor vehicle violation and that he crashed soon after.
