Concerning this newspaper’s support, incredible coverage and front page promotion of photographer Anja Schutz’s “Grab him by the Ballot” crusade: it’s a new low for the media.
Schutz and her followers give off a double amount of hypocrisy. They are concerned with Trump’s nasty words and want us to vote for Hillary. Hillary did not do the dirty deeds, but a win for her will allow Bill Clinton to once again creep around the White House, abuse Secret Service men and disrespect the Oval Office.
If Schutz and followers are not aware of Bill Clinton’s disgusting behavior, I suggest they read Ken Starr’s report. Starr was appointed by the government to investigate the scandals. Starr’s report was a report of facts, just facts. The facts were ugly, and immediately the braised press and media attacked the messenger.
They said he overreached. No, he didn’t. He did his job, and they didn’t like what he found. Clinton abused Monica (a young girl close to his daughter’s age), attacked Paula Jones and settled her case out of court by giving her $850,000. He was disbarred — never to practice law again — and faced impeachment.
The other area of hypocrisy is what Schutz and her followers have done. They criticize Trump for his words, but they pose nude covering their genitals with a ballot urging a vote for Hillary, all with the American flag as a background! Couldn’t they have found another way to protest? These actions are as sick as Trump’s words.
Michelle Obama’s recent speech in New Hampshire also falls in the category of hypocrisy when she is teary-eyed and implies her heart and soul are wounded because of Trump’s words. Yet she sits across and next to Bill Clinton when, on many occasions, she dines and lunches. Is she not aware Trump’s words were words, and there is no hard evidence he did anything else? Bill Clinton, however, acted out these words!
The two grand champions of hypocrisy are Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren. We heard them attack Wall Street and company over and over again. Now, however, we see both urging support for Hillary. Hillary is the Queen of Wall Street. She has been carted around in Wall Street limousines, flown on Wall Street private jets, made a small fortune from her secret speeches supporting and favoring Wall Street and now they want you to vote for her!
I’m especially disappointed with Bernie. I voted for him in the primary. I thought he was honest, even though he appeared to live in La La Land some of the time. How can he support Hillary when it was her crew who put him in the dirt basket?
Hillary also slammed Bernie’s supporters. She says they don’t work, don’t have jobs and live in basements! At least she didn’t call them deplorable! However, it was deplorable what the Democrats did to Bernie supporters at the Democratic Convention.
Bernie supporters do not have to vote for either Trump or Clinton; there are other avenues they can take.
Hypocrisy is always a part of politics, and I doubt it will ever change. Remember, also, we have another branch of government, and that is the media. They can help or destroy a candidate.
