I’ve listened to ads for and against the charter school ballot question. I have a question for the proponents. Where is the money for additional charter schools coming from?
Is this initiative privately-funded, grants, federal money or taxpayer money? If there are extra funds available, why don’t we put this money into our public schools, pay our teachers what they deserve and provide the best education for our children in the schools we have?
