GREENFIELD — In celebration of Greenfield Community College students, the college is seeking nominations for its 54th annual distinguished alumni award.

The award was established by the Greenfield Community College Alumni Association to recognize and honor an alumna alumnus who has achieved substantial public recognition for his or her accomplishments or success.

To be eligible for nomination, the nominee should have: earned a degree or certificate or at least 15 credits at Greenfield Community College, earned the respect and trust of his or her associates in his or her profession and made substantial contributions to the good of his or her fellow human beings.

The winner will be chosen by a committee of GCC faculty, staff, alumni and community members. The winner will be honored at the GCC Foundation Annual Meeting to be held at the college later this fall.
