The Turners Falls Indians, as far as my memory serves me, is an honored name. The Florida State Seminoles use of an Indian name also receives complaints by the politically correct contingent. My humble opinion is that when the Seminoles change their name, then Turners Falls might consider it. I am a Greenfield High School graduate from many years past, so I thought I’d submit my two cents worth to stir the pot.
