Secretary Clinton might want to comment that: “Mr. Trump wants to abolish — essentially abolish — the First Amendment.”
She might want to say, “By the way, if he gets to pick, if he gets to pick his judges, nothing you can do folks. Although the First Amendment people, maybe there is, I don’t know.”
The pen is mightier than the sword. Ultimately, I’d place more trust in the First than the Second Amendment.
