Michael D. Chamberlain, 27, of Oakland Avenue, Athol. Charge of violation of an abuse prevention order, was not prosecuted, as, according to a statement made by a counsel from the district attorney’s office, it was in consideration of a plea in two other cases.

Lev N. Rivera, 21, of Rodshop Road, Turners Falls. Charge of violation of municipal bylaw or ordinance, in Orange, to wit, for possessing an open container, was dismissed on request of the Commonwealth.
Todd C. Bachelder, 46, of East Main Street, Orange. Charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended license, and uninsured motor vehicle were both dismissed on request of the commonwealth. Found not responsible for no inspection sticker.
Todd M. Fredette, 50, of Pleasant Street, Athol, Pleaded innocent to breaking and entering into a building in the nighttime with the intent to commit a felony, vandalizing property, and assault and battery, released on personal recognizance, continued to 9/9/16 for pretrial conference.
Auston L. Thornton, 20, of Woodleigh Avenue, Greenfield. Found responsible for speeding in violation of special regulation, fined $105. Charge of number-plate violation to conceal identification, was dismissed on request of the Commonwealth.
