Thanks to the Baystate Franklin Medical Center. I was scheduled for surgery the second day the new surgery wing was opened. It was bright and clean, the staff welcoming and professional, prepped me for my operation.
Dr. Rambissoon did the surgery, informed me beforehand of what to expect, and helped me through the recovery after. The nurses and staff on the Spoke 5 section were wonderful, helping me get through some rough times while recovering.
I hope I never have to go through this again, but if I do, I won’t hesitate to go back to the Baystate Franklin Medical Center. Thanks to all who helped me get better.
