BUCKLAND — Police are investigating an accident involving an all-terrain vehicle that occurred on Creamery Avenue late Wednesday afternoon.
The Northwestern District Attorney’s Office confirmed there was a crash, but declined to release additional details Wednesday night. When reached by phone, an officer at the Massachusetts Environmental Police’s Boston headquarters said the accident is still under investigation.
Officers at the scene also declined to comment, saying they are not authorized to do so.
According to the police log, officers were dispatched to the accident just after 4:40 p.m.
Buckland and Environmental police were on scene at the property late into the evening. Officials could be seen gathered in a pasture at the end of a dirt road off of Creamery Avenue, behind a shed on the property.
