Under the capable leadership of bandmaster Hannah Smeltz, the Montague Community Band treated residents of the Charlene Manor to an evening’s entertainment Monday evening, June 6, 2016.
Music was wide-ranging, demanding skills from all band members, flute to tuba. Especially noteworthy was the band’s mastery of the “Bolero” — showing off meticulous attention by the drummer, Jo-Ann Gerde.
The residents’ highest praise to Montague Community Band – come, play for us again!
