GREENFIELD — Michael Tucker, president and CEO, has announced several promotions and hirings at the Greenfield Cooperative Bank:

Mary J. Rawls of Millers Falls was elected Vice President of Compliance for the bank. Rawls has over 22 years’ experience in banking, and is responsible for ensuring bank compliance with the numerous banking and consumer laws and regulations. She also coordinates various regulatory and compliance examinations for the bank. Rawls is a graduate of the New England School for Financial Studies at Babson College and has held a variety of roles in the branch and operations areas as well throughout her career.

Adam C. Baker of Easthampton was elected Commercial Loan Officer for the bank. Baker graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a degree in business. He is currently completing his Master of Business at Southern New Hampshire University. Baker has over eight years’ experience in banking, primarily in commercial lending. He is based in the King Street, Northampton Cooperative division of Greenfield Cooperative Bank. Adam is responsible for developing new commercial loan business in the bank’s market area, with a focus in Hampshire County.

Chelsea R. Depault of Bernardston has been promoted to Commercial Loan Officer. She is based at the 62 Federal St. location of Greenfield Cooperative Bank and is responsible for developing new commercial business in the bank’s market area, with a focus in Franklin County. Depault has over seven years banking experience with GCB, most recently as a senior Credit Analyst. She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst with degree in finance.

Christine M. Gagnon of Easthampton has taken over as Residential Mortgage Originator for the Hampshire County marketplace. Gagnon’s new duties will be in her current position of Assistant Vice President at the Northampton Cooperative division of Greenfield Cooperative Bank. Gagnon will be responsible for assisting consumers looking to buy or refinance their home and to develop mortgage business through ongoing relationships with local realtors. She has over 18 years’ experience in banking with Northampton Cooperative Bank and is a graduate of Holyoke Community College with a degree in business administration.

Kari E. Welch of West Springfield has been promoted to Branch Manager at the 67 King St. location of the Northampton Cooperative division of Greenfield Cooperative Bank. Welch has been with the bank for over five years and is pursuing her bachelor’s from Southern New Hampshire University. She will be responsible for overall management of the King Street branch and its staff and operations.

Janet L. Rosenkranz of East Longmeadow was hired as a Loan Analyst for Greenfield Cooperative Bank. Rosenkranz has been in banking for the past 20 years, starting with Vanguard Bank and the former Springfield Institution for Savings. She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a degree in economics. She will be based in the King Street, Northampton office and is responsible for monitoring commercial credits and will assist in managing the overall bank loan portfolio.
