ERVING — The Friends of the Library Book and Plant Sale will be ongoing through Thursday. Plants will be available for purchase whether the library is open or closed on the honor system.
Friends members receive a 10 percent discount on books. A coffee can raffle will be in ongoing during the plant and book sale. Gift certificates to local businesses, maple syrup from local farms, an original painting by Bette Sokoloski and handmade craft items are just a few of the raffle items.
All proceeds go to support library programs and events. This fundraiser helps to make the summer reading program with weekly reading raffles possible.
