This is an open letter to the Town Council of Greenfield, in thanks for their unanimous vote in favor of the new senior center on Davis Street. We’ve been working and planning for 20 years to gain support for this project and are thrilled that we will finally have a healthy and appropriate building for our community’s seniors.
As I understand it, the new budget, approved by the town council, will require that new plans be created. That’s okay! This new center will fulfill the community’s needs.
The good news is that we can now move forward in unison with the community and finally achieve our goal of having a wonderful new center for our town’s seniors.
