In 2009, Barack Hussein Obama told then-No. 2 Republican Eric Ivan Cantor, “Elections have consequences, and at the end of the day, I won. So I think I trump you.”
Well, well, how the tide has turned. Donald Trump’s presidency for the next four years will be much stronger than if he had won in 2020. He took all seven swing states and the popular vote. The Democratic Party is now in shambles as the wheels come off the bus.
The mainstream news media is breaking down as I type after Trump’s win. From the pompous Scott Pelley of “60 Minutes” to “Morning Joe” and Mika of MSNBC. For the last two years, Morning Joe has been calling Trump the next Hitler, but after he won the election Morning Joe and Mika both traveled to Mar-a-Lago to kiss the King’s ring.
Oh yeah, throw in Jeff Bezos and Mark Zuckerberg, who met Trump for dinner there. Zuckerberg and Bezos are donating $1 million to Trump’s inauguration fund. It looks like they want to distance themselves from the party of dismay. The Media Research Center reported that Trump got 85% negative coverage from ABC, CBS and NBC, while Harris got 78% positive. Even though Harris was just an empty suit.
The news media failed to investigate Joe Biden’s mental fitness leading up to his debate with Trump, which turned into a disaster.
The 77 million Americans who voted for Donald J. Trump stopped the far-left zealots cold. Harris and Biden, most of the corporate TV media, Hollywood, and the newspaper industry were badly battered by the election outcome. The Trump victory has left the Democratic Party rudderless.
Biden and his White House team are among the least successful administrations in American history. Biden’s top cabinet members are beta males who other countries do not take seriously. Just take Anthony Blinken as an example — all of our enemies, foreign and domestic, have been walking all over him.
Democrats were tone-deaf and still are concerning the top issues facing Americans. James Carville said it best: “It’s the economy stupid.” In Chicago, residents are upset that their taxes are increasing and illegal immigrants are getting benefits, rallying against the mayor for putting immigrants in front of U.S. citizens.

The news media ignored how Trump resonates with people and his voters. For me, and many other voters, it started when he slowly descended on that golden escalator. In October, Trump had a sell-out crowd attend his speech at Madison Square Garden. I would guarantee that the top Democrat now would not even be able to get a sell-out at the Ja’Duke theater.
So to all of you Saturday regulars (you know who you are) who have been bashing Trump and his MAGA supporters for over the last eight years and counting, calling Trump Hitler over and over again, and his supporters as racist in your My Turn columns, please continue to do so for the next four years. They will be so entertaining to read.
