Alicia A. Hansen, 33, of Westfield. Pleaded innocent to larceny by check under $250, and uttering a false check, in Greenfield, released on personal recognizance, continued to 8/24/16 for pretrial conference. Must pay $150 legal counsel fee.

Marcia D. Loveland, 41, of Canal Street, Turners Falls. Pleaded innocent to assault and battery on a family or household member, and assault and battery, released on personal recognizance, C276, Section 56a form filed by the Commonwealth, allegation of abuse under C276 Section 56A found, must have no abuse of alleged victims, must have no alcohol, and subject to testing, and must abide by any 209A restraining order in effect, continued to 8/23/16 for pretrial conference. Must pay $150 legal counsel fee.

Allison A. Courtney, 29, of Hastings Street, Greenfield. Charge of operating with suspended license, dismissed on request of the Commonwealth.

Harley J. St. Germain, 35, of Greenfield Road, Montague. Pleaded guilty to operating under the influence of liquor, in a 9/30/2000 date of incident, fined $800, plus $200 surfine, and one-year loss of license or the right to operate. Found not responsible for failure to drive in the right lane, and speeding.

Christina Bernard, 28, of Aster Court, Greenfield. Charge of assault and battery in Greenfield brought by a member of the public, was not prosecuted, as according to a written statement from a counsel in the district attorney’s office, the victim has not come to court for the trial after being served a summons, and without her testimony, the Commonwealth cannot proceed. Must pay $150 legal counsel fee.

Richard A. Luippold, 36, of James Avenue, Turners Falls. Pleaded innocent to operating under the influence of liquor, and no inspection sticker, in Deerfield, released on personal recognizance, continued to 8/25/16 for pretrial conference.
