Public hearing on proposed Dollar General rescheduled
SUNDERLAND — At the Zoning Board of Appeals meeting on Feb. 19, the board decided to reschedule the public hearing for a proposed 9,100-square-foot Dollar General building at the corner of Route 116 and Clark Mountain Road to Thursday, March 26, at 7 p.m.
A ZBA member was unable to attend the Feb. 19 hearing, leading ZBA Chair Steve Krol to suggest rescheduling for March. Krol said he expects the board to discuss proposals from peer reviewers of the applicant’s traffic study at the next hearing.
