I am a senior living in a senior housing building in Sunderland. Neither PVTA nor FRTA provide on-demand van service in Sunderland.
I need this service to take me to doctor’s appointments. I cannot take the fixed-route buses. I have looked into this and cannot understand why only Sunderland is excluded from FRTA on-demand van service. My health insurance will not pay for transportation to medical appointments and I need to keep the insurance I have. Why is only Sunderland excluded?
