Joseph Martinez, 20, listed as homeless, of Orange. Charge of being a fugitive from justice on a court warrant, for possession of stolen property in New York, was not prosecuted, as, according to a statement made by a counsel from the district attorney’s office, the state of New York isn’t seeking extradition. Charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and violation of state highway traffic regulations, have yet to be processed.
